The Guild’s instructors are passionate about their craft and about building a deep community of creators across all ages and demographics. They utilize the flexible classroom space and newly renovated facilities at the Center of American Craft to engage students with heritage and contemporary craft practices.

Instructors are hired as independent contractors, and are expected to portray a high level of self-direction, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Instructors seeking to work with children are required to obtain appropriate background clearances.
